I was in attendance last night in Tampa 9/8. It was definitely Kanyon as I
was about 10 feet from the incident. In addition to Triple H saying "Who invited
Kanyon?" He also said right before the DX promos they also cut he said, "Now
that the independent part of the show is over, Are You Ready?..." and so on
and so forth. It definitely got a laugh out of the "Smarks", me included, my
brother also.
Also X-Pac coming out was definitely a surprise to everyone, Trips and
Micheals included.

Highlanders defeated the Spirit Squad via pinfall. Non-title naturally.
Kane defeated Umaga w/ Armando Allejandro Estrada via DQ.
Oleg (I don't know his last name.) I believe a new callup from OVW defeated
Eugene via pinfall, then Hacksaw Jim Duggan via tapout immediately following.
Johnny Nitro w/ Melina defeated Jeff Hardy to retain the IC belt via pinfall.
DX defeated first Viscera and Charlie Haas and then Cade and Murdoch both via
pinfall in a gauntlet match.
Lita defeated Torrie Wilson via pinfall to retain the Women's Title.
Edge w/ Lita defeated John Cena via pinfall to retain the WWE Championship.
(The Rated 'R' belt is sweet in person.)
