NXT's United Kingdom brand was at NEC Birmingham on Sunday for the second of two straight days of television tapings. The show featured the semifinals and finals of the tournament to crown the first NXT UK Women's Champion.

Storm advanced to face Ripley in the main event to decide the first champion.
- Xia Brookside & Millie McKenzie defeated Killer Kelly & Charlie Morgan
Brookside and McKenzie won with a roll-up.
- Eddie Dennis defeated Ashton Smith
- Joseph Conners defeated Saxon Huxley
- NXT United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne defeated Jordan Devlin to retain his title
This was said to be an excellent match.

- Tyler Bate defeated Joe Coffey by DQ
Bate, Trent Seven, and Pete Dunne had a standoff with Joe & Mark Coffey and Wolfgang after the match.
- Zack Gibson & James Drake defeated Amir Jordan & Kenny Williams
- Rhea Ripley defeated Toni Storm to become the first NXT UK Women's Champion
The referee checked on Storm after this, though that may have been playing into the story of the match. Triple H and NXT UK general manager Johnny Saint presented Ripley with the title.
