WWE Heat Report-22nd October 2006
By Shaun Best-Rajah.Com Reporter
Special In Studio Edition
Hosts: Todd Grisham & Jonathan Coachman
Greetings Heat fans. This week's theme albeit one week early is Halloween along with masked/costumed Wrestlers. Here's a quick rundown of what aired this week.
Tribute to the troops 2003 from Baghdad, Iraq: Stone Cold Steve Austin dressed as Santa Claus gives out T-shirts to the troops before handing Mr McMahon a Stone Cold Stunner.
January 2006: Edge and Lita parody Ric Flair's Road Rage incident with Edge dressed as Flair.
April 2006: Rey Mysterio vs Randy Orton for the World Title from SmackDown!
WWE Rewind: October 2005: Todd Grisham dresses up as the Chicago Cubs announcer Harry Carey and tries to interview Gregory Helms.
March 2003: The Hurricane vs The Rock from Raw. Stone Cold Steve Austin causes a distraction allowing Hurricane to rollup Rock for the shock win.
October 2005: Divas Halloween Costume contest from Raw. Led by Trish Stratus the divas beatdown Victoria. All the divas looked hot here.
Tribute to the troops 2005 from Afghanistan: Evil Santa Claus (JBL) insults the crowd leading to Good Santa Claus (Mick Foley) coming out. The Coach and Foley decide on a no ho-ho-holds barred match and as it's been a while since I covered a match I'll do play-by-play.
Mick Foley vs JBL
JBL begins by beating Foley down in the corner. Foley knocks JBL down via a sack shot to the head. Foley bashes JBL a few more times with the sack sending him down again. Foley pulls a set of tongs from the sack and crushes JBL's nuts with them. Foley pulls a pillow from his suit and hits JBL with it. Foley gives the crowd a bang bang sign ala Cactus Jack. Foley turns into a JBL boot. Foley ducks a clothesline from hell, boots the gut and delivers a double arm DDT. Foley pulls out Mr Socko putting JBL to sleep with the mandible claw. 1-2-3. Here is Your Winner: MICK SANTA CLAUS FOLEY
We finish with the DX parody of the McMahons with the McMahons and the Spirit Squad getting crapped on.
Grisham signs off to end the show. I'm pretty sure we're done with Supershows for the time being so Heat should return to how we all like it next week. I have to admit this show wasn't that bad as I got to see two Xmas clips previously unseen here in the UK as we don't get the tribute to the troops shows plus it's always good to see some Rock footage. I'd love to see him back in the WWE. Next week we should be back with Val Venis, Snitsky, Eugene, Viscera, Rob Conway, Charlie Haas and all your other Heat favourites. So until then take care and have a good one. Catch you later. Shaun.
