We are able to confirm that WWE has signed Ring of Honor Tag Team champion Claudio Castagnoli to a developmental deal with the company. At least one source is reporting that it is expected that he will report to the company next month and will probably be assigned to Deep South Wrestling, although that has not been confirmed. Castagnoli and his tag team partner Chris Hero hold numerous other tag titles including the titles in Combat Zone Wrestling.
Last Saturday’s edition of AM RAW did a 0.5 cable rating, with a 2.2 share.

On a WWE.com blooper note regarding Rey Mysterio’s injury photos, the x-ray date in the photos reads August 10, 2006 when the injury “just happened” in the I Quit match. Obviously someone forgot to black out the date when posting the photos.
