RAW starts with music and pyro this week.
Flair is in the ring in wrestling gear and a robe. He says he’s out there, but probably shouldn’t be because he had the hell beat out of him by a group of male cheerleaders the night before. Video of his team winning at SS but the SQ rushes the ring and beats down Flair.
He says because of that he sent word to the SQ that he wants it to end, and end tonight. He wants them all to come down and face him and his partners. SQ’s music hits and they come out led by Kenny. The do a cheesy cheer on the stage. They are way out of synch and I couldn’t understand them. They then come down to the ring. Flair takes off his robe and the SQ enter to face only Flair.
They start surrounding him when DX’s music hits. SQ leaves the ring and DX enters. HBK gets on his knees in the ring and bows down to Flair and then hugs him. Trip also hugs Flair.
Trip asks if they’re ready and gets the crowd hot. He then says he’s not ready. He’s sick of fighting the Spirit Squad. He asks how many times they have to kick their asses. He asks the crowd if they are as sick of it as he is. The crowd cheers. He goes on with his schpeal and then guarantees us it will be the last time we will see the SQ.
The SQ rushes in and attacks before HHH can finish. They all fight for a minute and then it’s down to HBK and Mikey. HHH tags in and stomps him down in a corner. HHH whips him and then clotheslines him. Flair tags in and chops Mikey. Flair hits a back body drop and another chop before tagging in HBK. HBK gets whipped but gets his foot up and tags in Flair. Shoulder block to Mikey. Kenny hits Flair from behind and all rush the ring. The SQ all gets sent out of the ring over the top and HBK flies over the top to take them all down.
HBK gets back in the ring and all three of them do the Flair strut.

Johnny has a headlock on HBK. HBK suplexes his way out but gets backed into the heel corner. The ref gets distracted and they all attack HBK. Mikey covers for two, twice. Kenny tags in and flips Mikey onto a prone HBK. Kenny covers for two. Kenny beats on HBK and then screams at him while he’s down. HBK gets thrown back into the heel corner and tries to fight his way out.
Mitch tags in and suplexes HBK for two. Kenny tags in and slams HBK for two. Kenny climbs and sits up top, Johnny gets on his shoulders and they fall forward but HBK moves and they splat on the mat.
HHH tags in and takes down Kenny and Johnny. Flair enters and they all fight it out. Sweet chin music and pedigrees leave only three SQ members in the ring. DX and Flair hit a triple figure four and all three members tag out together to give Flair and DX the win.

All three crotch chop to the in ring pyro.
Old videos of the Hardys when they were kids/teens. Shows them doing entrances with faux belts and practicing in their trampoline ‘ring’ in the woods.

During the commercial HHH got his sledge and chased SQ up the ramp. Now outback DX is stuffing SQ members in a big black locking box. They slap a ‘OVW Louisville, KY’ sticker on it. An ‘OPS’ (instead of UPS) guy shows up to take the box away.
HHH asks why OPS.
HBK says the other guys wanted an arm and a leg. They both snicker.
The OPS guy asks if it needs to be there over night.
HBK says it needs to be there, well, by Christmas.
The OPS guy asks if it needs to be insured.
HHH says no because there’s nothing important in there.
The OPS guy has HHH sign and then, looking at the signed name, thanks HHH calling him Mr. McMahon.
After the OPS guy rolls the box away HBK wipes away a tear. HHH asks what’s wrong.
HBK says it’s the end of an era.
JR and King talk about December to Dismember and the Hardy’s challenge.
Outback Nitro and Melina address the Hardys. Melina says the Hardys are not the only team having a reunion. The camera pans out to show Mercury. He has his hair in braids but looks pretty good. Melina says for one night only MNM is back to take the Hardys down at December To Dismember.
Mickie comes out to the announce table in a tank top and jeans. No mini skirt tonight! Melina comes down to the ring in black pants and a black corset. Candice comes out in a white coat covering a silver/white one piece halter/miniskirt. They are having a Diva Battle Royal to see who will face Mickie for the title.

Torrie is entering the ring with her dog. Victoria and Maria are also in the ring.
Candy and Torrie attack Victoria and Melina attacks Maria. Vic double clotheslines Torrie and Candy. Torrie gets her head slammed into a corner by Vic. Vic then holds Torrie for Melina to bitch slap her. Melina runs for Torrie in a corner but Vic clotheslines her. Vic then tosses Melina over the top. Vic tries to send Maria over the top but she holds on. Vic tosses Torrie over the top. Vic then knocks Maria from the apron.
Vic goes after Candy but Candy dumps her over the top rope. Vic holds on and they battle over the ropes. Vic nails Candy quite hard in the face. Vic re-enters the ring and tosses Candy over the top.

Vic and Mickie talk smack. Vic leaves the ring and drags Candy back in. Vic hits the widow’s peak on Candy before leaving the ring and backing her way up the ramp, her eyes on Mickie the whole time.
Video of the Hardy’s debut on Heat in 1998. They had made their own wrestling gear at that point.

WWE Rewind - Hacksaw getting beaten by SQ and breaking up his team with Eugene. Then Eugene then attacks Hacksaw.
Eugene comes down to the ring. He looks confused, more so than usual. Hacksaw comes down looking pissed. He enters screaming at Eugene and getting in Eugene’s face.
Eugene butch slaps Hacksaw. Hacksaw starts beating on Eugene. Hacksaw clotheslines Eugene and then slams him. Hacksaw slaps Eugene and then a back body drop. ‘USA’ chant. Hacksaw rushes at Eugene but Eugene rolls from the ring. He tries to pull Eugene into the ring by his hair, but Eugene hangs Hacksaw up on the top rope. Eugene drives Hacksaw’s head into the ring post. Eugene returns to the ring, slams Hacksaw and covers for three.

Eugene grabs a mic and tells the crowd not to make fun of him. To not laugh at him. He screams that he’s special, damn it, special!
He then leaves the ring screaming and yelling.
DX is outback. They walk up to Dusty and Arn. Dusty says he’s happy with the respect they showed Flair tonight. HBK says they set up a party for Flair. He says he has soda, chips and dip, maybe even a karaoke machine. HBK is all excited. Dusty and Arn look mortified. HBK and HHH walk off.
HHH returns and says he has two words - booze and broads. Arn and Dusty grin.
Ron Simmons walks up, looks them over and says, “Damn!”
HBK and HHH head out of the arena to get ready for the party.

24/7 - Nov. 29, 1999 - Steph was supposed to marry Test. They were all in the ring, but HHH interrupts and shows that he’s already married to Steph. He shows video of the drive through wedding. Steph and Test are in the ring all upset. Steph falls into her father’s arms in tears.
Edge comes out and down to the ring for the ‘Cutting Edge’. Edge says he’s impressed with DX for beating up male cheerleaders for the millionth time. But it pales in comparison to how many times he’s beaten down the Hardys. He’s going to do it again tonight and dedicate it to the greatest WWE Women’s Champ - Lita, but she’s not his guest tonight. He calls for the guest, but no one comes out. He tries again and nothing.
He’s real impressed with the professionalism. He says we don’t deserve his show and he’s going to leave. Orton calls out that he has the guest, but needs Edge to come back and confirm it’s the guest. Edge goes up, looks behind a curtain and says it’s his guest.
They drag out an un-moving, blood covered Flair by his wrists. They leave him at the bottom of the ramp in a lump.
Edge asks if this is the time that DX comes out to make the save. Where are they? They don’t care about Flair or us fans. King and JR talk about how we all saw DX leave to get ready for Flair’s party So they are sending a message to DX. Edge grabs a couple of chairs. Orton puts a chair under Flair’s head and Edge hits a one man con-chair-tow. (Someone in the crowd is screaming for them to do it one more time.) Randy then hits a con-chair-tow on Flair.
The two heels then head up the ramp together as JR screams for doctors or EMTs to come out and help Flair.

Slam of The Week - King is handcuffed and has to face Masters. Masters takes him apart.
Video of Edge and Randy dragging Flair out and then hurting him more. During the commercial the took Flair out on a stretcher. JR says he won’t say what he wants as he doesn’t want to get fired, but he’s pissed.
King’s music hits and he enters the ring in wrestling gear to pretty good pop. JR is still ranting about what happened to Flair. Chris Masters’s music plays and he comes out. JR talks about how King stood up for JR three weeks ago against Bischoff and Masters. Masters gets heat as he comes down to the ring.
‘Jerry’ chant. They lock up and Masters scoops up King and slams him. King bounces right back up. King gets backed into a corner and gets a knee to the gut. King gets whipped into a corner but moves before Masters can get there. Masters applies a bear hug on King. King bites Masters’s nose to get free. King hits a drop kick and then two fists drops. King climbs and hits a third fist drop.
King gets backed into a corner and kicked a couple times. A right hand drops King. Masters stomps King. King gets suplexed. Masters gets up on a corner and goes for a fist drop, but King moves. King gets to his feet and throws some punches. Masters rakes King’s eyes and then chokes him on the top rope. Masters is screaming about getting hit in the face.
Masters locks on the masterlock. Carlito’s music hits and he comes down the ramp distracting Masters. Masters lets King go and yells at Carlito. Masters leans out over the top rope and Carlito spits apple in Masters’s eyes. King quickly rolls Masters up for three. King quickly rolls from the ring and Carlito raises King’s hand in victory. Masters is screaming from the ring at the two of them.

Umaga and Estrada come down to the ring. Video from last night. Estrada says no one has been a challenge to Umaga, so it’s time for him to go after the WWE Championship. Estrada is putting Cena on notice as Umaga officially challenges him for the title.
Cena’s music hits and he comes out to the ring. He glares at Umaga. Cena rips the mic out of Estrada’s hand. Huge ‘Cena’ chant. Cena says he accepts the challenge. They then glare at each other as Cena raises the strap in the air. He then drops the belt, rips off his hat and shirt to a ton of screaming women in the audience. Another huge ‘Cena’ chant. Estrada and Umaga slowly back from the ring to huge ‘Boos’. Cena’s music plays to more pop.

JR and King are standing at the announce table and JR is talking about a comedian. JR tells us there’s inappropriate language on this video and it’s not meant for the whole family.
It’s video of a really bad comedian taped on what looks like home video. It’s obviously a take off on the Michael Richards incident. Then Cryme Tyme walks onto the stage from each side and corners him. They start asking him questions and he starts apologizing. JTG and Shad shake hands with him and then he wants to leave. JTG stops him and Shad kicks him in the face. The crowd in the ‘comedy club’ applaud. They start a little comedy routine themselves. Then, as they leave the stage JTG picks the comedian’s pockets to more applause.
Outback Edge approaches Jeff Hardy. Edge asks if he saw what they did to Flair earlier. Jeff’s obviously not impressed. Edge says Jeff’s doing great but his brother is still the most over-rated wrestler on the roster. Edge asks when Jeff’s going to loose the albatross around his neck. Orton walks up and joins in. Jeff snaps at them and says the only problem he has is how he’s going to carry around both title belts. Matt approaches and asks if there’s a problem and Edge suddenly gets nervous. Edge and Orton take off at that point.

Promo for Cena’s match with K-Fed showing their growing feud.
Edge’s and Orton’s music, beautifully mixed, plays and they come down to the ring. Video from the earlier attack on Flair. The Hardy Boyz come down to the ring to huge pop.
Jeff and Randy start the match off. They lock up and Randy gets a headlock on Jeff. Randy slams Jeff to the mat but Jeff returns the favor. Randy gets backed into a corner and Jeff gets and arm bar on him. Matt tags in and slams Randy into a corner chest first. Jeff tags in and Randy gets an arm bar on him. Edge tags in but telegraphs and gets kicked in the chest. Edge hits an upper cut and tags in Randy who nails a right hand into Jeff’s ribs. Randy stomps up one side of Jeff and down the other. Randy covers for two.
Edge tags in and hits a standing dropkick for two. Edge wrenches Jeff’s arms back and puts and knee to his back. Jeff fights to his feet but is slammed down by his hair. Randy tags in and chokes Jeff on the second rope. Randy again stomps Jeff. Edge tags in and throws punches. Jeff tries to get to Matt but Edge pulls him back by his foot. Randy tags in and tries to double team Jeff, but he takes them both down.
Matt is able to tag in. He hits bulldogs and clotheslines on both heels. Edge rolls from the ring leaving Randy in the ring. Both Hardys climb but Edge pushes Jeff off. Jeff hist the barrier. Matt goes for a moonsault but Randy moves. Edge is setting Matt up for a spear and...

Randy has a headlock and body scissors on Matt. Matt works his way to his feet, but gets a knee to his gut. Edge tags in and reapplies the hold Randy had on Matt. Matt throws some elbows and gets out of the hold but Edge hits a flapjack on Matt for two. Edge kicks Matt HARD in the ribs while he’s down. Matt is trying to stay on his feet in a corner. Matt tries to fight out but Edge hits a drop toe hold. Randy tags in and drops many knees on Matt’s back. Randy then throws a bunch of forearms to Matt’s chest and covers for the. Randy reapplies the headlock/body scissors. ‘Hardy’ chant.
Edge tags in and kicks Matt in the gut. Edge sits Matt up on a corner facing out. Edge tries to climb but Matt elbows Edge to the mat. Matt climbs and hits a moonsault for two. Randy tags in but Matt can’t get to Jeff. Randy throws punches but Matt comes back with punches and is able to reach his brother.
Jeff drops Edge from the apron and clotheslines Randy a couple times. Jeff hits whisper in the wind for two. Matt hits a side effect and then another. Jeff covers for two. Both fly at Randy and Jeff covers but Edge pulls Jeff from the ring. Matt flies over the top to take Edge out. Randy fights back at Jeff but Matt hits a twist of fate and Jeff hits a swanton. Jeff covers but Edge enters with a title belt and hits Jeff with it. It gets them disqualified.

Edge again hits Jeff with the title belt to take him down. Randy hits an RKO on Matt onto a title belt. They celebrate over the prone bodies in the ring.
