Hey Everyone,
I attended Raw tonight.
It was a really entertaining show, and my first live event other than house shows.
Here's a few tidbits of what wasn't shown on TV.
Dark Matches (Heat Results)
Some guy from Jamaica vs. Charlie Haas
Winner: The guy from Jamaica. I'm not sure who he was but the crowd seemed to be
into him.
Val Venis vs. Shelton Benjamin
EXCELLENT MATCH. Probably the most solid WRESTLING match of the night.
Winner: Benjamin. Surprisingly the majority of the crowd cheered for Benjamin
instead of Venis. Television does his athletic ability no justice. The same can be
said for Venis as well, but Benjamin is amazing to watch in person.
The Navajo and John Williams vs. The Highlanders
Winners: The Highlanders. John Williams actually performed quite well.
JTG vs. Trevor Murdoch
Winner: JTG. Crime Time was very over.
Then Lillian Garcia sang the National Anthem. Her voice is amazing.
The only real off air notes of any remarkable interest of RAW were Chris Master's
entrance which was extremely long, and the match between Melina and Micky James.
During the Micky/Melina match when the screen went to black it also did so in the
arena. And when they cut to commercial it stayed that way for what seemed like a
very long time.
Micky's bad bump at the end of the match looked incredibly painful.
The dark match at the end of the show featured HBK and John Cena vs. MNM.
Winners: HBK and John Cena. They both did the "You Can't See Me Bit" which got a
huge pop.

1. Vince McMahon
2. Edge
3. Orton

Also a photo shoot took place before the show with Randy Orton in front of a Hummer.
I wasn't there but I was told he acted very rude to the fans.
Foley and Ashley arrived in a taxi together.
After the show, Orton redeemed himself by being cordial to the fans but still didn't
sign any autographs.
Kenny Dykstra yelled at a little kid for no reason what so ever when asked for an
autograph, and then he left.
All in all the show was really good, and television doesn't do the live events
justice when it compares to noise level. Especially the pyro. It was VERY loud (the
loudest pyro was Ashley's).

Also after Raw went off the air, there was a bonus dark match between MNM vs.
HBK/Cena for the tag titles. Coach came out and ordered HBK back into the ring. HBK
came out and shoved coach on his ass. HBK/Cena won with the Sweet Chin/Fu on Joey
