We just got word that former WWE superstars Doug and Danny Basham are backstage in St. Louis right now at TNA’s LockDown pay-per-view. We can verify that they will be debuting with the company soon, but not tonight. It should also be noted that they are not Christy Hemme’s mystery team against the Voodoo Kin Mafia.
The Bashams were officially released by WWE on January 20th, thus their thirty day no compete clause won’t officially expire until April 20th. Rumors circulated backstage of the two debuting at tonight’s pay-per-view, but of course WWE management would not allow it.
VKM’s opponents for tonight’s match will be regulars from the TNA roster.
