Welcome. The Grishman is back but Jonathan Coachman is off on official Raw duties so the more than capable Jack Corpella is filling in once again. The focus for this week's show is tag teams. Three matches on cue. Let's get the party started.

Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch vs Hacksaw Jim Duggan & Eugene
Cade and Murdoch return to their roots following an excellent showing against the Hardys at Backlash. Eugene tags along to Hacksaw's entrance. Some stalling to begin as Eugene's fascination with Hacksaw's 2x4 leads to him messing around with it. The referee and Hacksaw finally get it off Eugene who starts a Eugene chant before dancing. Cade backs Eugene to the corner, Cade backs off, Eugene wiggles his butt at Cade. After sitting on a side headlock takedown Cade lands a shoulder tackle off the ropes. Eugene comes back with a hiptoss. Murdoch distracts Eugene enabling Cade to forearm him down. Cade grounds Eugene with a second side headlock takedown. Murdoch drops an elbow onto Eugene's back. Eugene powers out of Murdoch's side headlock so Murdoch takes him down by working the arm with an armbar/wristlock combo. Eugene rolls into a reversal and tags out. Hacksaw lands a series of punches and clotheslines. As Hacksaw clotheslines Murdoch over the top rope we cut to a plug for Judgment Day. We return to see Murdoch send Hacksaw off the ropes into a backelbow. Cade lands a series of shots and two Irish whips. Hacksaw avoids a charge on the second Irish whip and tags out. Eugene lands punches and a flying shoulder tackle to Cade. Eugene punches Murdoch on the apron. The tide turns when Cade reverses Eugene off the ropes and catches him with an inverted atomic drop. Murdoch follows up to nail a big boot. Eugene rolls to the outside where Hacksaw goes to check on him. Murdoch drives Eugene into the ring apron before putting him back in for a nearfall. Murdoch slams Eugene, Cade lifts and drops Murdoch with a legdrop onto Eugene. Cade taunts Eugene before delivering a short arm clothesline for two consecutive nearfalls. Eugene gets trapped in a head vice by Cade. Cade moves into a side headlock as Eugene gets up. Eugene forearms free, Cade delivers a spinebuster. Hacksaw breaks up a cover at one. Cade and Murdoch whip Eugene's back into the corner. Murdoch rains down shots on Eugene's back and gets a shot in at Hacksaw on the apron. Cade and Murdoch work over Eugene in their corner a little as they keep him isolated from Hacksaw. Eugene telegraphs a Murdoch backbodydrop with a boot to the head. Cade drags Eugene away from a tag but misses an elbowdrop. Murdoch hooks a leg to prevent a tag but Eugene kicks him away before finally making the tag. Hacksaw unloads on Murdoch with lefts and rights and continues the assault on the mat. Hacksaw lands a backelbow and kneedrop to Murdoch. 1-2-broken up by Cade. Eugene enters to send Cade through the ropes as Hacksaw continues to punch Murdoch before Irish whipping him. Cade sends Eugene into the ring apron as Hacksaw misses a three point stance clothesline attempt on Murdoch. Murdoch boots the gut and quickly plants Hacksaw with a DDT to pick up the win. 1-2-3. Good opener. Cade and Murdoch keep on getting better and are always fun to watch in my view. I think they deserved their title shot. Here's hoping their good form continues. Here Are Your Winners: LANCE CADE & TREVOR MURDOCH.

The Highlanders vs John Everett & Christian Jacobs
The Jobbers both look and dress alike. We aren't told whom is whom. Jobber 1 & 2 will have to do. Jobber 2 has a tattoo on his arm. Rory escapes an armwringer to apply a side headlock to Jobber 1. Rory hits a shoulder tackle before headbutting Jobber 1 into the corner. Robbie dropkicks Jobber 1 off the ropes. After a Highlander double shoulder tackle Jobber 1 tags out. Jobber 2 runs into a hiptoss then a double sledge from Rory. Robbie beats on Jobber 2's chest before uppercutting him into the corner. Following an Irish whip, Robbie yells his name then misses a charge crashing shoulder first into the ringpost. Robbie doesn't yell i'm hurt as the Jobbers work over Robbie's shoulder with several shots. Jobber 2 slams Robbie onto his shoulder to get a one count. Robbie punches free from an armbar then brings Jobber 2's back down across his knee to buy some time. Both men manage to tag out. Rory catches both Jobbers with punches and double axehandle sledges. Jobber 1 gets a backbodydrop while Jobber 2 receives a powerslam as Rory fires up. Rory ducks Jobber 2's lunge and sends him through the ropes following a punch to the back of the head. Jobber 1 is finished off with a double reverse slingshot suplex off the ropes which apparently is now called the Scot Drop. The Highlanders have stopped using their original Scot Drop as a finisher. Rory covers for the academic 1-2-3. A simple squash. Nothing more to say really. Here Are Your Winners: THE HIGHLANDERS.

"The Masterpiece" Chris Masters & Viscera vs Cryme Tyme
Looks like the Chris Masters/Val Venis feud is on ice for now. The heels come out alone. Cryme Tyme receive a nice pop. JTG gets the crowd going before locking up with Masters. Masters shoves JTG to the corner then flexes his pecs. Masters takes JTG to the corner, JTG ducks a lunge and dances. Masters feigns laughter to get close, land some shots then a slam. Masters misses an elbowdrop allowing JTG to apply a side headlock. JTG makes a blind tag as he gets sent off the ropes. JTG ducks under Masters and nips to the outside as Masters walks into Shad's scoop slam. JTG wraps his legs around Shad who catapults his partner onto Masters for a nearfall. Masters gets taken to the Cryme corner. Shad sends JTG into Masters with a cross body. JTG manages to nimbly land back on the apron. Shad crashes into Masters who's still in the corner with a clothesline to flatten him. As Shad gets Masters up, Masters goes to the eyes to escape and make a tag. Viscera and Shad exchange looks, trash talking and shoves before Shad lands some punches. Viscera reverses Shad off the ropes who ducks a clothesline and staggers Viscera with one of his own. Shad goes for a second clothesline but Viscera catches him with a swinging side slam. Shad is taken to the heel corner where Viscera rips off Shad's top to slap his chest. Masters stomps on the chest, briefly chokes Shad with his boot then wedges a knee into the back as Shad screams while trapped against the middle rope. After Masters lands a running spike across the back, Masters holds Shad's back prone for a Viscera club. Viscera applies a chinlock with Shad on his knees. Shad elbows free before running into an elbow to the head. Masters drives three well placed knees into Shad's back which gets a nearfall. Masters delivers a suplex for another nearfall. Masters hooks Shad's leg which allows Viscera to drop an elbow across the back. Viscera wastes time gyrating which results in him missing a splash. Both men manage to tag out. JTG ducks Masters lunges while landing a series of punches. Masters reverses JTG off the ropes, JTG comes back with a corkscrew backelbow. JTG hits two dropkicks and fires up. JTG charges Masters who gets his boot up in the corner but JTG slides underneath and trips Masters from the outside. JTG lands a missile dropkick from the top rope to Masters. Viscera clubs JTG from behind before clotheslining down the onrushing Shad. Viscera slaps JTG as he props him up in the corner. Viscera gets Masters to whip him to the corner but JTG dodges and Viscera hits the corner front first. JTG forearms Masters down as Shad staggers Viscera with a big boot. Cryme Tyme hit Viscera with a double sledge, Viscera wobbles off the ropes before falling through them (slight botch on his part). Masters rakes JTG's face then goes for a suplex but JTG slips behind and rolls up Masters for the 1-2-3. A surprisingly good main event. The heels worked well together. For once Shad took the licking for his team. Masters gave a better than normal showing. Cryme Tyme keep on rolling. They are on quite the winning streak on Heat. That's now ten matches in twelve weeks and ten wins As I've said before a feud for Cryme Tyme would be nice. Here Are Your Winners: CRYME TYME.

As Cryme Tyme celebrate and dance up the ramp, Grisham signs off and thanks us for watching to end the show.

Best Match: Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch vs Hacksaw Jim Duggan & Eugene.
Worst Match: The Highlanders vs John Everett & Christian Jacobs.

Final Thoughts: Glad to see the established teams went over the makeshift ones. The first and last matches were quite good. I don't care too much for the Highlanders at this moment. Despite the absence of regular Heaters Val Venis and Kenny Dykstra (who lost in Dark Matches) I'll give this show a thumbs up. See you next weekend. Shaun.
