- While nothing has been confirmed, many within TNA are working with the idea that no matter what happens; Impact will be extended to two hours this fall. Time will certainly tell, however, this would be a major step for the company.
- AJ Styles tweaked his neck this weekend while working for Hermie Sadler’s UWF promotion. Styles was working a match against Petey Williams when Williams went for the Canadian Destroyer and Styles’ head slipped. The injury is not serious and is not expected to keep Styles out for any amount of time.
- TNA Heavyweight Champion Kurt Angle worked an independent date this weekend in Timmins, Ontario, Canada for Blood, Sweat, and Ears. Angle defeated Christian Cage at the event on July 21st via submission.
