-- Former Spirit Squad members Mikey and Nicky made their first appearance in a WWE ring in several months at Tuesday night's SmackDown taping. They lost in a dark match to The Daltons. They were introduced as Mike Mondo and Nick Nemeth. They're still in OVW after being demoted down there last December when the Spirit Squad was broken up.

-- There were plans to give Sylvan a push on SmackDown with Maryse Ouellet as his hot valet, but those plans have been completely scrapped. He makes his return to television for the first time in about six months on this week's edition of SmackDown, but things really aren't any different from the last time he was on TV. He came to the ring by himself and got squashed by Kane within a matter of seconds. He worked several dark matches with Maryse in tow over the past few weeks. It seems like the act didn't impress officials enough to give Sylvan a renewed push.

-- Hulk Hogan made an appearance on a home shopping network in the UK last week and sold over 12,000 of his Hulk Hogan Grills. They actually sold far more than they'd figured, to the point where all the grills were gone and they had to put in a back order. The grills cost about $99, so it generated a little over one million dollars. On QVC two weeks ago, Hogan hocked the grill and it sold over 11,400 units in 24 hours, generating over $1.1 million in revenue.
