Richard reported here yesterday afternoon that the Tennessee Titans had filed a restraining order against "Pacman" Jones that would have prevented him from taking part in this weekend's TNA Hard Justice PPV. We've got a major update on that situation - Pacman WILL be allowed to participate, but in a limited capacity.
ESPN.com reported early this morning that the Tennessee Titans and Adam "Pacman" Jones have reached an agreement to modify the temporary restraining order that prohibited Pacman working for TNA in any capacity.
The terms of their agreement allow Pacman to appear at Hard Justice but absolutely must "avoid physical contact of any kind". Jones won't be allowed "to touch or be touched, use or be hit by any object or anything else that could injure him."
It is unknown whether TNA's original plans for Pacman involved anything physical. Tennessee Titans CEO Steve Underwood told the Associated Press, "It doesn't mean he can't participate and be present at whatever he's under contract to do with them. It just means that he can't participate in anything where he's going to get hurt. That was always our concern."
