- With WWE off of the road this weekend, John Laurinaitis and Mike Bucci were able to attend a Northeast Wrestling event in Danbury, CT. The show was headlined by Jerry Lawler vs. Sid Vicious. Head WWE RAW creative team member Brian Gerwitz was in attendance at a Ring of Honor event in New York City.
- A local Boston radio station is promoting John Cena vs. Randy Orton in a SummerSlam rematch for tomorrow night’s edition of RAW in the city. This could mean that it will be a dark main event, but you never know.
- On a side note, former WWE Champion Paul “Big Show” Wight will make a cameo on tonight’s edition of Hogan Knows Best on VH-1.
