It opened with the VIP Lounge with MVP talking about winning the tag titles. Matt Hardy came out and sucker punched MVP, and grabbed his half of the tag title. It was announced MVP & Hardy vs. Deuce & Domino at Unforgiven

Kenny Dykstra vs. Palumbo was supposed to happen, but there was a problem backstage and Palumbo never came out even though his music played. This segment was redone later in the show
Kane & Batista b Finlay & Khali
They did a series of storylines building Noble vs. Hornswoggle. Noble set up a trap with Lucky Charms to catch Hornswoggle. He got the Lucky Charms but escaped the trap. But he left behind the cruiserweight belt. Noble went after the belt and caught in Hornswoggle's trap.
Palumbo b Dykstra. Michelle McCool is now with Palumbo
Hornswoggle b Noble to keep the title via forfeit. Noble was caught in the trap and never made it to the ring on time
