As noted earlier, pretty much all coverage of the WWE Divas on the company's official website disappeared over the weekend. Apparently, there is something more to it than a simple revamping of the Divas section.
WWE.com is now run by the WWE creative department. They approve all of the content that goes onto to the site. However, one person in creative said that he/she knows there was no directive from them to remove the Divas content from the website.
The removal of the Divas from the website was not something that creative wanted. Apparently, there is some behind-the-scenes issue that the company is trying to work out pertaining to the Divas content on the site. We'll have more on this story as it comes out.
