Additional Details On The TNA–AMC Networks Media Rights Deal

According to Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, TNA Wrestling has announced a new media rights deal with AMC Networks. This deal will see TNA’s flagship weekly show, iMPACT, officially move to AMC, starting with a live broadcast on Thursday, January 15th, 2026.

Meltzer noted that while iMPACT will not be live every week on AMC, there will be several live broadcasts, especially during the first two weeks. The third show will be aired on tape delay. He also mentioned that TNA plans to tape iMPACT on the road for its weekly episodes, despite having talked about filming all shows in Orlando, Florida, for over a year.

TNA and AMC previously announced this partnership as a multi-year deal. As part of this media rights agreement, iMPACT will also be available for streaming on AMC+. The debut live show is set to take place at the Curtis Culwell Center in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated's The Takedown, TNA President Carlos Silva clarified that WWE was not involved in TNA Wrestling's negotiations with AMC. The negotiations were primarily conducted between TNA and CAA.
