AEW 2023 Pay-Per-View Buys: Double Or Nothing Early Estimates Are In

Early figures have surfaced for this year's AEW Double Or Nothing premium live event.

Dave Meltzer noted in the latest issue of his Wrestling Observer Newsletter at F4WOnline.com that whatever the final number for AEW Double Or Nothing 2023 is, it will be down from the AEW Double Or Nothing 2022 show, which finished at 165,000 buys on pay-per-view.

According to early estimates, the number for AEW Double Or Nothing 2023 will continue a range that the company has been falling in with their last four pay-per-view shows:

AEW 2023 PAY-PER-VIEW BUYS

* AEW Revolution 2023 from March (145,000 buys)
* AEW & NJPW: The Forbidden Door in June (140,000 buys)
* AEW ALL OUT 2023 in September (140,000 buys)
* AEW Full Gear 2023 in November (140,000 buys)

Additionally, Meltzer reported in his WON that AEW Double Or Nothing 2023 drew approximately 10,550 fans (9,000 paid, 1,150 comps) at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV. for a gate of around $900,000. That would also be down from last year's show, which drew a 1-million dollar-plus gate off of 14,459 fans in the same venue.
