AEW And WWE Awarded Millions In Tax Credits In Ohio For Their Upcoming Events

According to Cleveland.com, the Ohio Department of Development has awarded $46 million in tax credits to 27 projects scheduled to be developed across the state from 2025 to 2026. Notably, both AEW and WWE are among the recipients of these tax credits.

The report indicates that of the total $46 million in tax credits, AEW received $2,134,560, while WWE received $1,096,941. This funding follows earlier tax credits awarded to both companies for their events from 2024 to 2025, with AEW receiving $1.275 million and WWE receiving $1.6 million.
