-- Saturday's AEW Collision viewership numbers are finally in after the 4th of July holiday and the news was not good at all. For the third straight week, Collision's audience plummeted again, dipping down to 452,000 with a 0.13 rating. That compares to the debut episode which drew 816,000 and 0.33 and last week's show which was watched by 595,000 people while drawing a 0.21 rating. That would mean almost a 45% drop in viewership from weeks 1 to 3. The show was down in every single demo, falling a disastrous 82% week-over-week in males, 18-34.
-- In defense of Collision, the show was taped ahead of time and was the first time "needle mover" CM Punk didn't wrestle, though he was featured on commentary. As well, WWE's Money in the Bank had aired earlier that day. The outlook for Collision though isn't that promising with the college football season beginning next month and running head-to-head.
