All Elite Wrestling (AEW) recently filed a trademark application for the phrase "Brawl in the Ballpark" on Wednesday, May 20th, as reported by Fightful.com. This trademark is intended for entertainment services.
As previously mentioned, AEW is scheduled to partner with the Minnesota Twins for a post-MLB event titled “Brawl in the Ballpark” at Target Field in Minneapolis on Friday, July 10th.
Below is the description submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO):
“IC 041: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services in the nature of live professional wrestling performances; Entertainment services in the nature of production of professional wrestling programs and events.”
