-- Eddie Kingston suffered a knee injury about a week ago at NJPW Resurgence and soon thereafter, a second report emerged that Kingston's injury was of the serious nature and he wouldn't be back anytime soon. PWInsider.com then reported that Kingston suffered a fractured tibia and today, a new report was released that paints an even worse picture for Kingston.
-- Kingston revealed in comments made to PWInsider that in addition to the tibial fracture, he also tore both his ACL and meniscus. Obviously he will need surgery to repair both those ailments and will be sidelined in a timeframe that will measure in months rather than weeks. Kingston had initially hoped that he could rehab and be back for AEW All In: London this summer but that won't be happening now as surgery to repair an ACL and meniscus is more like at least nine months putting his return into 2025.
-- Kingston released a statement on his injuries commenting "This is part of the game. Injuries happen. I will be back."
