This past April 28, AEW Star Max Caster of The Acclaimed filed to trademark “The Ace of America” term with the USPTO (the United States Patent and Trademark Office) for entertainment services. Max Caster had the trademark filing done through Atty. Michael E. Dockins, who has helped several AEW Stars file their trademarks in the past as well.
The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) have been one of the most prominent tag teams in all of AEW and they have even worked their way up the proverbial ladder in the promotion's tag team division and could be next in line for an AEW World Tag Team Title opportunity. WWE legend John Cena even gave Max Caster a ton of praise on his gimmick and said Caster can defeat him in a rap battle as Caster is a much better rapper than he is. Max Caster last wrestled for AEW on the most recent AEW Dark tapings at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, where he defeated Tyler Uriah in Singles action.
