On June 2nd, WWE released a total of 6 Stars, including Lana, Murphy, Aleister Black, Braun Strowman, Santana Garrett and Ruby Riott reportedly due to budget cuts. Speaking of Murphy, he said in a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet that Monday Night RAW Star Alexa Bliss is someone who was instrumental in his early development in WWE. Murphy then went ahead and thanked Alexa Bliss for helping him adapt and adjust to the American culture after he moved to the United States from Australia.
The WWE Monday Night RAW Superstar took to her Twitter and responded to what Murphy said about her by first thanking Murphy for his kind words, then telling him that she has always been there for him and she will always be there for him, and she can't wait to see what he does next.
