Aramis Announced As The Eleventh Entrant In The 2022 Battle Of Los Angeles

An announcement was recently made by Pro Wrestling Guerrilla that Lucha Star Aramis is set to make an appearance at their 2022 Battle Of Los Angeles as the eleventh entrant. Aramis is currently competing for professional wrestling promotions such as AAA, MLW and Warrior Wrestling, where he is the current Warrior Wrestling Lucha Champion.

Aramis made his PWG BOLA debut in the 2019 tournament, when he competed as the replacement of Bárbaro Cavernario, but was defeated on the first day by one-half of the current AEW World Tag Team Champions Rey Fenix. Aramis has since competed on four PWG Events, with his last event taking place on November 21 at the company's It’s A Long Way To The Top Event, when he defeated Jack Cartwheel in a one-on-one match. The 2022 PWG Battle Of Los Angeles will be the second PWG BOLA Event for Aramis.

There is no word yet on who the other participants are, but updates will be provided once it has been made available. The 2022 PWG Battle Of Los Angeles is set to take place on Saturday, January 29th and Sunday, January 30th. PWG's Battle Of Los Angeles Event usually takes place over the course of 3 days in the summer, but next year's Battle Of Los Angeles will be held during the last weekend of January, which is when WWE's 2022 Royal Rumble Event in St. Louis will take place. PWG's Battle Of Los Angeles Event usually has 24 competitors, but there is no word yet on if next year's BOLA will have the exact same number of competitors.
