The main event of last night's WWE WrestleMania Backlash PPV saw Roman Reigns successfully retain his WWE Universal Title against Cesaro via referee stoppage after Roman used the Guillotine submission on Cesaro. After WrestleMania Backlash, WWE backstage interviewer Megan Morant tried to get an interview with the WWE Universal Champion, but Roman just snubbed Morant and walked off. Paul Heyman would then speak to the backstage interviewer on behalf of The Tribal Chief.
Paul Heyman was asked if he thought the end result would be any different, to which he answered, “Who hired her? Are you flirting with me? Are we supposed to act vulnerable around you now?"
“Roman Reigns is the end-all-be-all. He is the Head of the Table, the Tribal Chief, the reigning Universal Heavyweight Champion. Cesaro is a qualified opponent, but he’s not a champion. That distinction belongs to Roman Reigns.”
