According to Dave Meltzer on the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, AEW and Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) are currently in discussions regarding several topics, including the long-standing Saturday night schedule of Collision and the show's future broadcast plans.
Meltzer noted that WBD is evaluating whether Collision should continue airing on Saturday nights or if it should be moved to a different night and time slot to avoid conflicts with other promotions, such as WWE.
Collision has reportedly struggled to gain consistent traction with fans on Saturdays due to frequent scheduling conflicts with WWE premium live events and major sports broadcasts, which diminish its potential audience. While AEW continues to deliver a strong product across all its shows, the future of Collision remains uncertain as the organization seeks a more favorable time slot.
