WWE's biggest event of the year - WrestleMania 42 - is closing in fast with the show less than two months away.
As WWE has made customary, the event will take place over two evenings with matches spread across Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19. BodySlam+ is reporting that WWE's plan as of now is to feature 14 matches over the two nights while there have also been internal rumblings that there could be as many as 16 matches. Presumably it would be split evenly with 7 or 8 matches per night.
Meanwhile, WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reported that there is a growing idea within WWE creative that six of those matches could feature women's bouts with five of them pretty much firmly in place and planned. If that holds true, it would be a record for WrestleMania.
