Backstage News On Lady Frost's Contract Status With AEW

According to Sean Ross Sapp from Fightful Select, Lady Frost’s contract with AEW is set to expire on April 1st, which means she will enter free agency at that time. The report did not provide details about the circumstances surrounding Frost's likely departure from the company but indicated that she would be leaving once her contract ends unless there are significant changes.

Frost made an appearance for WWE in 2018, where she suffered a quick loss to Asuka. She was previously signed to TNA Wrestling from 2021 to 2022, departing after requesting her release. During her time in AEW, she has been used somewhat sparingly and revealed last year that she had been signed since 2023. Her last match on AEW television was on January 10, where she lost to Mina Shirakawa on an episode of Collision. Prior to that, she competed for AEW/ROH on July 11, losing to Diamante on ROH TV.

Although she hasn't appeared regularly on AEW or ROH TV, she has remained active on the independent wrestling scene. Most recently, she competed at Greektown Pro Wrestling on February 15, where she won against Dani Mo.
