The masked wrestlers fought all over the Gimnasio Olímpico, refusing to be separated despite the efforts of security and officials. Amidst the chaos, Americano II challenged the OG Americano to a Mask vs. Mask match. However, no date for this showdown was announced.
According to Bodyslam+, WWE and AAA sources indicate that the Mask vs. Mask match between the Americanos is currently planned for AAA’s upcoming premium live event, Noche de Los Grandes, set to take place in Monterrey on Saturday, May 30th.
The rivalry between OG Americano and Americano II has intensified since the OG's return during the 2026 Royal Rumble PLE earlier this year. They faced off in a one-on-one matchup on WWE RAW last month, where El Grande Americano II emerged victorious.
