-- Kevin Dunn is out at the top of WWE's production team, handing in resignation at the end of 2023 after a lengthy career. Since then, there has been a visible change in some aspects of the company's TV production and a fightfulselect.com report notes that there are things already happening that Dunn previously was against.
-- Two examples are of videos on both WWE Raw and WWE Smackdown with the one on Raw featuring Chelsea Green and Piper Niven at a club confronting Kayden Carter and Katana Chance. On Smackdown, another video aired highlighting Butch and Tyler Bate. The report adds that the presentation of those segments closely mirrored what has been happening in NXT for the last few years where Triple H has allowed Jeremy Borash to assemble and run a team, away from the scrutiny of Dunn. Triple H was always happy at how NXT production came across and with Dunn gone, the path to having similar features on Raw and Smackdown is obviously there.
-- The report also added that people backstage who are responsible for helping put together the promos have spoken "highly" of the new process and freedom that they have with one source believing that if Dunn was still around to direct, the segments would have cut to "several different things", however, the new process allows the character to breathe and the segment to play out naturally. Both examples above ended up being received very well internally.
