According to Bodyslam+, sources have indicated that WWE Hall of Famer "Stone Cold" Steve Austin is scheduled to be backstage at the two-night WrestleMania 42 premium live event (PLE). However, the report does not specify whether he will be backstage for just one night or for both nights.
Currently, there is no information on whether Austin will actually make an appearance on the show or if he is simply attending as a backstage presence. Last year, he made an appearance on the second night of WrestleMania 41, where he announced the attendance after accidentally crashing his ATV into the guardrail as he left the arena. He had previously confirmed that WWE had proposed an appearance for him at WrestleMania 40, but he couldn't participate due to a scheduling conflict.
Austin's presence at WrestleMania isn’t entirely unexpected, as he is scheduled to appear on both Saturday and Sunday at WWE World in Las Vegas, Nevada.
