-- The NXT tag team Street Profits made another backstage appearance on Raw last night talking about the tag team turmoil match but being left off that bout. According to the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, the Street Profits are not expected to begin working on the main roster until they "get over" on Raw with their continued backstage promos.
-- The report adds that the idea to bring them to the main roster in this fashion was Paul Heyman's idea and it was also his idea that the team not wrestle, mainly because if they began working matches, there would be a push from the creative team to "beat them right away" because that's historically what happens to new teams after they get promoted to one of the two main brands. As it pertains to last night, if the Profits were included in the turmoil match, they would have lost and this is not how Heyman wanted them debuting. The plan is that when they are finally ready to wrestle, they will be "over" to the point where they won't be looked at just another tag team that was called up from NXT.
