WWE is scheduled to hold its next Saturday Night’s Main Event special on Saturday, January 24th, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The event is currently planned to start at its regular time of 8 PM ET.
However, according to a report by Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select, WWE considered moving the start time due to the debut UFC event on Paramount+. The UFC 324: Gaethje vs. Pimblett event is set to air on the same night, beginning at 9 PM ET. WWE reportedly discussed the possibility of starting Saturday Night’s Main Event an hour earlier to avoid a scheduling conflict.
This situation reflects past instances where UFC and WWE have adjusted their event schedules. Sean Ross Sapp from Fightful reported that a TKO representative described these changes as a way to create "corporate synergy," following the merger of WWE and UFC under the TKO banner in September 2023.
Despite these internal discussions, it appears that WWE's Saturday Night’s Main Event will proceed as initially planned, starting at 8 PM ET. The event will take place at the Bell Centre and will stream live on Peacock in the U.S. and on Netflix internationally.
