-- WWE invited several top indie talent on the UK scene to their Clash at the Castle premium live event last month and one of the key individuals there was current Progress World Women's Champion, Rhio. Her presence led to speculation that perhaps WWE was looking to bring her into their women's division and some even suggested that perhaps the company even extended a contract offer to her. According to fightulselect.com, that has not happened.
-- Their report states that sources within both the UK scene and NXT noted that no contract was offered or even discussed at the event nor has there been any communication since then between the two sides. However, it was believed that if WWE had no interest in her, they wouldn't have invited her. Rhio for her part is said to be open to an offer from WWE and even has a US visa lined up as she already has plans for a stint wrestling in the US lined up.
-- NXT sources meanwhile state that the company and the brand are more focused right on their confirmed incoming signings, specifically Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer - both of whom are poised to make TV debuts for NXT in the very near future.
