Former WWE NXT Champion and TNA World Champion Joe Hendry is set to hold a concert on this coming Monday’s episode of WWE RAW. Hendry has made several appearances on the main roster in the past, but this upcoming appearance is expected to mark his official main roster debut.
While a number of recently called-up stars have made appearances on RAW and SmackDown as "free agents" before eventually joining a specific brand, Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select reports that Hendry will call RAW his home. It was also noted that, while he may still make appearances in NXT, his time with that brand is effectively over.
There had been speculation about Hendry potentially going to SmackDown, but creative plans have solidified around placing him on RAW. His history with the main roster dates back to early last year when he competed in the Royal Rumble and later at WrestleMania 41. At that time, he was still part of the TNA roster, officially signing with WWE in November of last year.
