Grayson Waller revealed on a recent episode of WWE RAW that Austin Theory was injured and that the A-Town Down Under faction is no more. Following this, PWInsider.com reported that Theory had been removed from the internal WWE roster.
However, according to Fightful Select, multiple sources within WWE have indicated that Theory has not been completely taken off the roster. The report also mentioned that Theory is being added to the list of other currently injured talents, including Zoey Stark and Ilja Dragunov. This suggests that the announcement of Theory's injury is a legitimate way to write him off WWE programming.
Theory's last appearance on WWE television was last month, where he participated in the WWE Main Event tapings and lost to El Grande Americano. It was later revealed that A-Town Down Under had apparently disbanded off-screen during Waller’s backstage promo with The New Day.
