As previously reported, pro wrestling legend and TNA World Tag Team Champion Matt Hardy announced on his Twitter (X) account on December 22 that he and his brother, Jeff Hardy, had signed new contracts with the company some time ago. However, this statement conflicted with an earlier report from Fightful Select, which claimed that The Hardys had not yet finalized new contracts, even though both wrestling icons are expected to reach agreements soon.
According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, TNA sources are "adamant" that they are still negotiating new deals for The Hardys, which are anticipated to be signed shortly. The report also indicated that TNA is actively working to secure new contracts for several other wrestlers who are currently on short-term agreements.
With TNA's debut on the AMC Network and AMC+ approaching, scheduled for January 15, it makes sense that the company is focused on finalizing multiple wrestlers' contracts before this important launch.
