During the 2025 Bound For Glory Pay-Per-View on October 12, TNA Wrestling announced an attendance of 7,794 fans. However, according to a report from WrestleNomics, documents released by the University of Massachusetts at Lowell indicate that the actual number of tickets sold was 5,554, not 7,794. The university owns the Tsongas Center, where the event took place, and the Oak View Group, the venue operator, revealed that the turnstile count—representing the number of tickets used—was 6,137. The 5,554 tickets sold generated a revenue of $390,348.
The report highlighted that the Oak View Group described the Bound For Glory event as a “great success,” noting that food and beverage sales ranked among the best in the venue's history.
TNA spokesperson Ross Forman addressed inquiries from WrestleNomics, stating that the announced attendance figure of 7,794 was confirmed by the venue management team at the Tsongas Center. He also mentioned that this figure represented a venue record, which was corroborated by Oak View Group District General Manager Keith Vaske.
When asked how the figure of 7,794 was calculated, Forman explained that the report obtained by WrestleNomics did not provide the full context. He mentioned that in addition to the venue capacity of 7,484, they accounted for extra standing room. Forman also clarified that while TNA staff and guests were included in the attendance count, the 225-plus venue workers were not.
