-- Natalya's contract situation with WWE has been no secret as of late with the veteran star nearing the end of her contract with the company, believed to be within the month. Fightfulselect.com is reporting that as of Thursday, she still has not signed a new contract with WWE but that the two sides remain engaged in talks.
-- In recent times, Natalya has seen involvement within NXT and a new direction on Raw so it would appear as if the company is eager to re-sign her to a deal but she also continues to draw interest from outside of WWE by a variety of companies on an international level for non-wrestling ventures as well.
-- Additionally, with AEW set to begin their annual "Owen Hart Cup" tournament soon, there is a possibility that Natalya could have an option to compete in but would be dependent on when the tournament begins. AEW sources have not commented on whether they feel as if that is scenario that could play out, however, the timing will definitely make for an interesting next few weeks as the days until she is a free agent wind down.
