In April at WWE WrestleMania 41, WWE Hall of Famer "Stone Cold" Steve Austin accidentally crashed his ATV into a security wall, knocking over a fan in the front row. After the accident, WWE President Nick Khan was seen checking on the fan. In a recent edition of Fightful Select Answers, a question arose regarding whether any legal action resulted from the incident.
Sean Ross Sapp reported that on the night of the incident, someone from WWE told him, “You probably won’t hear anything else about this.” When Sapp asked why, he was informed, “The person was front row at WrestleMania. They’re already a fan, and already spent a ton of money to be there. WWE will almost certainly offer them something to make good on it, and in order for that to happen, the person will definitely be required to sign a non-disclosure, and it will prevent further legal action.”
Sapp concluded that while no additional information has surfaced regarding the incident, the absence of news likely suggests that WWE took care of the fan after the accident.
