WWE Women's United States Champion Chelsea Green is not on the WrestleMania cardand it has surprised a lot of people both internally and online. However, pitches have been made to have her included in some form.
Fightfulselect.com reports that sources close to WWE's creative have shared that apart from being pitched as a WrestleMania host, another idea that was floated around was to have a United States Title "Open Challenge" with names such as Alexa Bliss and Nikki Bella thrown out as possible opponents who would answer the challenge.
Despite the pitches, there doesn't appear to be any word that changes have been made that would include a match for Green, but sources noted that there is still a chance for it to happen once the WrestleMania format is finalized with the possibility of adjustments.
