Bayley Posts Heartfelt Message After The IIconics' Release From The WWE

WWE recently released a number of Superstars, which is reportedly due to another round of budget cuts post-WrestleMania 37 season. Two of the Superstars who were released are The IIconics (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce), who were former WWE Women's Tag Team Champions.

WWE SmackDown Star Bayley recently took to her Twitter and posted a video to show what Billie Kay and Peyton Royce “mean to the wrestling world” and why they always made her laugh during their WWE stint. Bayley said that the 17 second video sums up what Cassandra McIntosh (Peyton Royce) and Jessica McKay (Billie Kay) mean to the wrestling world. Bayley also said the video shows Royce and Kay watching the main event of Wrestlemania live in the crowd because they love wrestling and when the camera hits the IIconics, they make the same exact face (without hesitation) to make her laugh.

Bayley wrote on Twitter, “This 17 second video sums up what Cassie [Royce] and Jess [Kay] mean to the wrestling world. Watching the main event of Wrestlemania live in the crowd because they LOVE WRESTLING. And when the camera hits them….they make the same exact face (without hesitation) to make me laugh.”

The IIconics (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce) beat the team of Bayley and Sasha Banks at WrestleMania 35 to become the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.
