-- WWE Hall of Famer Bret "Hitman" Hart went public with his first comments in reaction to the allegations of sexual assault and human trafficking levied against his former boss Vince McMahon and the multi-time champion didn't mince his words, calling it "sick and disgusting" while saying that he has lost all respect for Vince. Hart also suggested that this sort of sexual abuse is common within WWE:
"I’m going to speak my truth. I’m not worried about Vince’s feelings. He’s never cared about mine. I don’t have any problem with everybody kicking his head around the parking lot. I’m OK with the truth coming out."
"When you get that vision in your head, you go, 'That’s messed up'. It’s too sick and disgusting to really imagine. I don’t think this is the only incident of this kind of predatory behavior. I think you’ll find that it’s everywhere in [WWE]."
"They (text messages) sound like Vince. I always had a respect for him. Now it’s tainted. I’m embarrassed that I thought so highly of him."
