Current ROH World Tag Team Champions The Briscoes (Mark Briscoe and Jay Briscoe) recently appeared on the Battleground podcast, where they talked about how they would like to one day face WWE Stars Jimmy and Jey Uso in Tag Team action.
Jay Briscoe said:
“That’s the easy one. But they ain’t really flying under the radar. The Usos.”
Jay Briscoe also talked about how there is the element of being a brother tag team that makes himself and his brother Mark Briscoe want the tag team match against The Usos even more as he feels like they are on a different wavelength and it would be an honor to wrestle The Usos.
Jay Briscoe said:
“It’s something about brother tag teams, man. Something about brother tag teams. You know what I mean? Like, they, I mean, they’re, I mean tag teams, you know what I mean? When you got a brother tag team, I feel like we’re on a different, a different wavelength. You know what I mean?”
“Jimmy and Jey Uso, they know exactly what they doing in the ring. They’ve been doing it for a long time. It would be an honor to wrestle the Usos.”
It would be an absolute dream match if The Briscoes and The Usos do face each other in a match in the near future, but for right now they are on different shows and they work for different companies. The Briscoes are set to defend their ROH World Tag Team Titles against AEW's FTR at Supercard Of Honor on Friday, April 1st.
