WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan passed away more than a month ago and while his funeral has taken place and was attended by multiple wrestling personalities and celebrities - he has yet to be cremated and his body is still with a Clearwater funeral home according to his daughter Brooke.
Speaking on the Bubba The Love Sponge's show on Tuesday, Brooke revealed that she met with the Clearwater police department this week to go over their ongoing investigation and while in town, she paid a visit to the funeral home where Hulk's body currently is located.
"It was actually a really nice day. I got to see one of my dad’s lawyers who I really have a lot of admiration for. We were able to hug and reconnect and just say hi. And I was able to see my dad, and he looked great. He looked like he was ready for a pay-per-view."
"It was very nice. He looked like he was ready to go on TV. He was big, strong, you know, hair looking good, bandana on, Fu Manchu going. He looked great. You know, I guess however they make that happen, but he looked great. It was awesome to see him. And I said a prayer over him, and I got to say my final goodbyes and that was that. It was super nice."
Brooke and Hulk had been estranged since 2023 and she chose not to attend his funeral this month. In the days and weeks following Hulk's death, Brooke had multiple questions surrounding the circumstances of his death but after meeting with the police department this week, said she is satisfied that the investigation is proceeding as it should.
Brooke also shared that she was able to view the body cam footage from officers' response to the 911 call and that the police were very transparent with their investigation. She still wonders though why no toxicology report was done and believes it was due to the condition that Hogan was in while also not believing that any foul play was involved.
