Bully Ray has been watching the AEW product closely as of late.
On a recent episode of Busted Open Radio, the pro wrestling veteran spoke about something he noticed regarding the Maxwell Jacob Friedman.
The former Dudley Boyz member spoke about how it appears that MJF has scaled back a bit to let others who can't keep up with him appear to be on equal footing with the top dog in AEW.
“I think MJF was moving at a lightning-fast pace, I do not think he’s been at that same pace lately," Bully Ray said. "Not by any lack of effort from him, but I believe that he had to knock it down a gear, so those other guys could keep up with him."
Bully Ray continued, "I think that Jungle Boy has done a better job, I think that Sammy [Guevara] has had his moments, and for some reason, I’m not as into Darby [Allin] because I’m hearing from Darby too much."
