Chelsea Green Files For Two New Trademarks Including Her Name

Last April 15th, former WWE Star Chelsea Green filed to trademark her own name with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (the USPTO) for merchandise and general entertainment & pro wrestling use with the assistance of Michael E. Dockins, who has helped a number of wrestlers file their trademarks in the past as well.

Below is the use description Chelsea Green submitted to the USPTO for her own name:

“IC 025. US 022 039. G & S: Hats; Shirts; Socks; Bandanas; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts”

“IC 041. US 100 101 107. G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestler and sports entertainer in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes”

Since September 24th, 2020, Chelsea Green has had a trademark application with the USPTO for her name with the following use description:

“IC 041. US 100 101 107. G & S: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely, blogs, in the field of sports entertainment”

Green also filed to trademark her “Hot Mess” nickname with the USPTO on April 15, a nickname she used during her stint with IMPACT Wrestling, which only puts more fuel to the speculations of Green making a return to IMPACT.

Green was among the WWE Superstars recently released, along with Samoa Joe, Peyton Royce, Billie Kay, Mojo Rawley, Mickie James, Bo Dallas, Wesley Blake, Tucker and Kalisto. Chelsea Green is under a 90-day non-compete clause with the WWE until July 14th.
