Chris Jericho Comments On Big Tag-Team Match On Tonight's AEW Dynamite, Teases Throwing Another Fireball

Chris Jericho is a fireball-throwing wizard.

And he plans on reinforcing that moniker on the "go-home" edition of AEW Dynamite on TBS this evening for this Sunday's AEW & NJPW: The Forbidden Door pay-per-view.

Ahead of the final Dynamite before the AEW & NJPW co-promoted special event from Chicago, Illinois this weekend, the leader of the Jericho Appreciation Society took to social media to comment on his advertised tag-team match on the show.

As noted, Chris Jericho will join forces with "The Murderhawk Monster" Lance Archer for a tag-team showdown against the duo of Jon Moxley and Hiroshi Tanahashi.

Before the four top AEW and NJPW stars lock horns inside the squared circle on tonight's Dynamite, Jericho released a statement where he made the bold prediction that "some faces are gonna get smashed," before teasing another potential fireball being thrown -- wizard-style.

"I’m looking forward to this one," the aforementioned statement from the J.A.S. leader began. "Maybe I’ll spike Jon Moxley in the eye again…or throw a fireball in his face."

Jericho added, "And the last time I wrestled Hiroshi Tanahashi, we stole the show in the MAIN EVENT of the Tokyo Dome in 2020…and I beat him!"

"Throw in Lance Archer, the Suzuki Gun and the Jericho Appreciation Society," he continued, "And I think some faces are gonna get smashed this Wednesday Nighg. #WizardHawk #MurderGods #AEWDynamite."
