The reigning, defending AEW World's Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho took to social media to offer his compliments to Natalya, Lacey Evans and WWE for making history by promoting the first-ever women's pro wrestling match in Saudi Arabia this week.
The leader of The Inner Circle took to social media on Thursday to praise WWE for putting on the first-ever women's match at their WWE Crown Jewel 2019 pay-per-view event at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with Natalya defeating Lacey Evans in one-on-one competition.
As noted, Nattie and Lacey were forced to wear special ring gear (Photos Here) for the match, but still pulled off a history-making performance in the process.
"Congrats to Natalya & Lacey Evans for having the first ever women’s wrestling match in Saudi Arabia history!" Jericho added, "That’s a monumental moment!"
