Chris Jericho is back with his latest Saturday Night Special.
On Saturday, October 3, 2020, "The Demo God" himself graced fans with his presence online, as "Le Champion" resurfaced with episode 23 of his popular digital series, "Saturday Night Special."
During Saturday Night Special #23, which is available in full via the official YouTube channel of the AEW performer, the leader of the Inner Circle spoke about the original plans All Elite Wrestling had in mind for he and Mike Tyson after the boxing legend surfaced on an episode of AEW Dynamite to dust off their rivalry, which stems from their respective days in WWE.
"Originally, I was supposed to work with [Mike] Tyson at the September pay-per-view, All Out II," Jericho revealed during the live YouTube show on Saturday night. "And we just couldn’t get it done in time."
He added, "The second match I had with Orange [Cassidy] was originally going to be the Mimosa Mayhem Match, but we moved it to the rubber match position."
