CM Punk Issues Challenge For 4/13 Dynamite In New Orleans, Colten Gunn Responds

CM Punk is looking for a fight on a Wednesday night.

"The Best in the World" took to social media on Saturday to issue a formal challenge to multiple AEW talents for next week's edition of AEW Dynamite on TBS.

Punk wrote, "Hey somebody wrestle me Wednesday."

"Basically anyone except Eddie Kingston," he added before wrapping up with an "#AEWDynamite" hash-tag.

The tweet directly tagged AEW stars Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler, Wheeler Yuta, Penta El Zero Miedo, Kyle O'Reilly, Tony Nese, Dustin Rhodes, Bryan Danielson, Jonathan Gresham, John Silver, Nick Jackson and Matt Jackson.

Chiming in via his Twitter page was Colten Gunn of The Gunn Club, who told Punk to "find a partner," and vowed that he and his brother Austin Gunn would "make his wish come true."

Never shy to engage in verbal warfare, Punk replied, "I'll find two partners and beat up your whole ass family."

AEW Dynamite goes down this coming Wednesday night, April 13, 2022 from UNO Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana, and will air live on TBS.
